Develop Your You encourages commitment and involvement from both the adolescent and her guardian(s). However, during our initial
connection, the guardian (s) will be solely asked to participate in a 30 minute, free consultation. 

 

Before you and your daughter possibly begin travel for our 8 week sessions, the consultation will take place over zoom! In order to insure that DYY is the right fit for you and your daughter, I believe that is important that you describe to me what you feel are some challenges that your daughter is facing and outcomes you wish for your daughter to walk away with upon completion. 

 

I will then describe to you the outline of the program, what the 8 week sessions consist of, and group topic discussion points.

If after our 30 minute consultation you feel DYY is the right fit, we will then move on to the assess phase! Where I will meet both you and the adolescent.
